From crafting compelling narratives to creating engaging visuals and videos, these tools have transformed our efforts and can do the same for you. Let's dive into the specifics!
The Art of Storytelling
Crafting a compelling narrative is crucial, and AI generative models like ChatGPT, are now invaluable allies. Whether you're drafting heartfelt appeals or impactful messages, these tools streamline the writing process, ensuring your narrative resonates deeply with your audience.
Recently, I stumbled across a revolutionary platform called CharityGPT. This system securely stores all your background materials, which you can call upon when creating copy. It saves you time, boosts efficiency, and maximizes your impact.
Enhancing Visual Elements
Once your script or copy is ready, visual elements come into play. For b-roll footage and graphical content, I rely on a dynamic duo: Canva and Runway. Canva's extensive library and user-friendly design tools make it an indispensable resource, akin to the universal applicability of Frank's Hot Sauce. Seriously, I put that on everything! With its advanced AI for text-to-video and image-to-video conversions, Runway adds a layer of creativity and innovation to our visual storytelling.
Need help finding the perfect image? Leonardo's AI-driven text-to-image generation opens up a world of possibilities, ensuring you always have the ideal visual at your fingertips in a multitude of styles. I also rely on Dall-E by OpenAI.
For those seeking a one-stop solution, platforms like FlexClip offer comprehensive video creation tools that are valuable for integrating various elements into a cohesive video. They are a paid platform, but I asked them for a nonprofit discount code, which they gave me! (FLEXNPO30) They have a text-to-video AI option, which I tested and found excellent. They can also edit your video, add captions, and much more.
Enhancing Videos with AI
Introducing a talking head or narrator can significantly enhance engagement. Here's where HeyGen comes into play, allowing the creation of captivating avatars.
ElevenLabs is my go-to solution for voice cloning and generating voiceovers or sound effects. I even had ElevenLabs clone my voice and do the audio version of my book!
Creating a memorable theme song is no longer daunting, thanks to Suno's AI, which composes unique and thematic music that can elevate your video's impact.
For transcripts, because we should make sure our videos are accessible to everyone, I personally use Rev, but Descript is also an option.
Condensing long-form content into engaging short clips is made effortless with Opus Clips, perfect for social media and brief updates. And for those enchanted by the animation in some of our projects, Vyond stands out as the tool of choice, offering a range of animation styles to bring your story to life. It is very expensive, but I called them once and asked for a nonprofit discount for a charity I worked with, and they gave us a good one. So, give them a call if you are interested.
